At Völkl Tennis, we stand behind our high-performance gear; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Securely pack the unused items in their original Völkl packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and rackets remain in their factory plastic wrap to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned gear to ensure it meets our resale standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
