What is the standard shipping time for Völkl rackets?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for those who need their gear sooner.
Do Völkl rackets come pre-strung?
Most of our performance frames are sold unstrung to allow players to customize their tension and string type. However, select recreational models may come pre-strung with high-quality Völkl synthetic gut.
What is your return policy for tennis equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that rackets cannot be returned once the plastic wrap on the handle has been removed or the frame has been strung.
How do I determine the correct grip size for my racket?
You can measure your grip size by using a ruler to find the distance from the middle crease of your palm to the tip of your ring finger. Most adult players fall between size 2 (4 1/4) and size 4 (4 1/2).
Do you offer a warranty on high-performance rackets?
Yes, all Völkl rackets are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, string breakage, or damage from misuse.
